- Dear Patients, Friends and Families,
Your appointments are very important to us as we reserve them especially for you! In order that we provide the best in orthodontic services to you, we ask that you confirm your appointment in advance and arrive to all of your appointments on time. We realize that emergencies and other scheduling conflicts arise and are sometime unavoidable, however, advanced notice allows us to fulfill other patient's scheduling needs and keep the clinic running as efficiently as possible. As a courtesy to all involved, we ask that all appointments be confirmed or rescheduled at least 24 in advance.
Confirmations and Reminders
You’ll receive a confirmation email verifying your appointment has been successfully scheduled. As a courtesy, you’ll also receive a reminder email/text 1 week prior to your appointment as well as a text reminder/confirmation request 48 hours prior to your appointment, along with a personal call 24 hours prior. All appointments require confirmation or cancellation. You must confirm your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your scheduled appointment.
In the event you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, we require 24 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule without incurring a charge. Any changes made to your appointment with less than 24 hours advance notice will result in a $50 Broken Appointment Fee.
Arrival Time and Grace Periods
We recommend New Patients arrive 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow time for you to complete our New Patient form, copy your insurance cards and prepare for your appointment. We have a 10 minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, it may be necessary to change your appointment. If you anticipate that you’ll be late please notify us immediately.
