4% of Every Dollar Sends a Deserving Child to Summer Camp
MyOrthodontist is not just about improving your smile. We believe that by providing every patient with the most advanced treatment in a comfortable and friendly environment, we can improve lives and give back to the communities in which serve.
We’re committed to providing meaningful and life-changing experiences to North Carolina kids by donating 4% of every dollar to fund scholarships for summer camp – to help underserved youth build self-esteem through healthy living, teamwork, and sports.
We also provide local community grants that are awarded through an open application process and direct funding from our company to your non-profit organization or initiative.
Organization
Requests
First of all, organizations eligible to apply must meet one of the following criteria:
✔ An organization holding a current tax-exempt status of 501(c)(3), (4), (6) or (19); or
✔ An organization with a proposed project that benefits the community at large in the arena of education, health, or fitness.
In addition, applications must be completed in full and submitted online to be considered.
Submitting an online application does not guarantee funding.

Individual
Requests
MyOrthodontist awards donations up to $100 per individual, per calendar year.
Applicants eligible to apply must meet one of the following criteria:
✔ A current patient of MyOrthodontist , in good standing**; or
✔ A current employee of MyOrthodontist
Likewise, individual sponsorships must be associated with a project or event that focuses on self improvement in the arena of education, health or fitness; or supporting the community at large.
Again, applications must be completed in full and submitted online to be considered. Furthermore, submitting an online application does not guarantee funding.
Finally, checks will only be issued to organizations, not individuals.
